Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically takes 15-20 minutes. All necessary hardware and tools are included. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until they click securely into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen wrench.
- Attach Armrests to Seat and Backrest: Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion and then to the backrest. Ensure the armrests are correctly oriented (left and right). Secure with screws.
- Connect Seat/Back Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism plate aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.

Operating Instructions
Your Sweetcrispy Office Chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.
Height Adjustment
- To raise the seat, lift the lever located under the right side of the seat while taking your weight off the chair.
- To lower the seat, lift the lever while remaining seated on the chair.
- Release the lever to lock the seat height in position.
Tilt and Rocking Function
- Engage Rocking Mode: Pull the lever (same as height adjustment lever) outwards from the chair to enable the rocking function. The chair backrest can tilt between 90° and 110°.
- Lock Upright Position: Push the lever inwards towards the chair to lock the backrest in its upright 90° position.
- Tilt Tension Adjustment: Rotate the round knob located under the front of the seat to adjust the tension of the rocking mechanism. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
