Setup

1. Power Sources

The CATIGA CP-90A can be powered by either an AC adapter or 4 AA batteries (not included), offering flexibility for both desktop and portable use.

AC Adapter: Connect the included AC adapter to the calculator's power port and then to a standard electrical outlet.
Batteries: For mobile use, insert 4 AA batteries into the battery compartment located on the underside of the calculator. Ensure correct polarity.

2. Paper Roll Installation

The CP-90A features an easy-to-load paper mechanism for quick setup.

Open the paper roll cover.
Place a new paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom.
Thread the leading edge of the paper through the printer slot until it emerges above the print head.
Close the paper roll cover.

Subtraction Example (4 - 2): Press 4, then + , then 2, then - . The display will show the result.
The machine adds each entry to a running total. To show and print a subtotal without finalizing the total, press the * key.
