1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Information

3. Setup

3. Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water up to the MAX fill line (0.9 L).
4. Place the lid securely on the kettle.
5. Place the kettle onto its base and plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
6. Press the main button on the base to turn on the kettle. Set the temperature to boil (212°F / 100°C) and allow the water to heat.
7. Once boiled, carefully discard the water. Repeat this boiling and discarding process 2-3 times to clean the interior before initial use.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

1. Fill Kettle: Remove the kettle from the base and fill it with fresh, cold water. Do not fill above the MAX line.
2. Place on Base: Securely place the kettle back onto its base.
3. Power On: Press the main button on the base to activate the kettle. The display will illuminate.
4. Set Temperature: Rotate the dial to select your desired target temperature. The display shows both the current water temperature and your set target temperature.
5. Start Heating: The kettle will automatically begin heating to the set temperature.
6. Pour: Once the target temperature is reached, carefully lift the kettle by its handle and pour. The precision gooseneck spout ensures a slow, controlled flow.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• The kettle is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
• Wipe the exterior of the kettle and base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• To remove mineral deposits (scale) that naturally accumulate over time, fill the kettle with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or boil the mixture and let it cool. Rinse the interior thoroughly several times with fresh water after descaling.
