3. Setup

3.1 Assembly

  1. Attach the transport wheels to the main unit by aligning them with the designated slots and securing them firmly.
  2. Insert the carrying handle into its position until it clicks securely.
  3. Connect the high-pressure hose to the pressure washer outlet and the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
  4. Attach your desired nozzle or accessory to the spray gun.

3.2 Water Connection

The LEHMANN Jukon pressure washer can draw water from a standard tap or from an external source like a bucket using its suction function.

  • Tap Connection: Connect a garden hose (not included) to your water tap and then to the pressure washer's water inlet. Ensure the water filter is installed at the inlet.
  • Suction from Bucket: If using a bucket or other static water source, ensure the suction hose (not included) is fully submerged and the water filter is clean.
  • Turn on the water supply fully before starting the pressure washer.

3.3 Power Connection

  • Plug the power cable into a suitable, grounded electrical outlet.
  • Ensure the power supply matches the voltage requirements specified on the product label.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Starting the Pressure Washer

  1. Ensure the water supply is fully open and the power cable is connected.
  2. Press the ON/OFF switch to turn on the pressure washer.
  3. Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to begin water flow. The motor will start automatically.

4.2 Using Nozzles and Accessories

The LEHMANN Jukon comes with various nozzles and accessories to suit different cleaning tasks.

  • 0° (Red) Nozzle: Provides a concentrated, high-impact jet for stubborn dirt and grime on hard, non-delicate surfaces. Use with caution.
  • 15° (Yellow) Nozzle: A powerful, narrow fan spray for intensive cleaning of smaller areas.
  • 25° (Green) Nozzle: A medium fan spray for general cleaning of most surfaces.
  • 40° (White) Nozzle: A wide fan spray for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces or rinsing.
  • Soap (Black) Nozzle/Foam Sprayer: Used for applying detergents or cleaning solutions.
  • Always test the spray pattern on an inconspicuous area first to avoid damage.

4.3 Chemical Application

For optimal chemical application, use the optional foam sprayer. This accessory minimizes chemical consumption and improves cleaning results. Fill the foam sprayer with appropriate pressure washer detergent and attach it to the spray gun.

4.4 Automatic Stop Function

The pressure washer is equipped with an automatic stop function. The motor starts when the spray gun trigger is pressed and stops when it is released. This feature conserves energy and extends the life of the pump.

4.5 Overheat Protection

The unit includes overheat protection. If the pressure washer is used continuously for more than 60 minutes or if the motor temperature becomes too high, the device will automatically shut off to prevent damage. Allow the unit to cool down before resuming operation.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your pressure washer.

5.1 Cleaning

  • After each use, disconnect the water and power supply.
  • Rinse the high-pressure hose and spray gun with clean water.
  • Clean the water inlet filter regularly to prevent blockages.

5.2 Storage

  • Before storing, ensure all water is drained from the pump, hose, and spray gun to prevent frost damage.
  • Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free location.
  • Coil the high-pressure hose and power cable neatly.
