Important Safeguards

Setup
Before first use, ensure all parts are clean and dry.
Initial Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the removable brew chamber and dual mesh filters with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Assemble: Place the dual mesh filters into the removable brew chamber. Insert the brew chamber into the main unit.

Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to brew your cold brew coffee.
Brewing Process
- Add Coffee Grounds: Fill the removable brew chamber with your desired amount of coarse-ground coffee. Do not overfill.
- Place Brew Chamber: Securely place the brew chamber with coffee grounds into the main unit.
- Add Water: Pour cold, filtered water into the main unit, ensuring it covers the coffee grounds in the brew chamber. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (500mL / 17 ounces).

- Secure Lid: Place the lid onto the main unit and twist to lock it in place.
- Connect Power: Plug the USB power adapter into the appliance and then into a suitable 5V power source.

- Select Brew Setting: Press the 'Brew Setting' button on the lid to cycle through the available options: Mild, Medium, or Bold. The indicator light will show the selected setting.
- Start Brewing: Press the 'Start' button. The appliance will begin the rapid cold brewing process using patented vacuum technology. The brew window allows you to observe the infusion.

- Brew Completion: Brewing typically takes as little as 5 minutes, depending on the selected strength. The appliance will indicate when brewing is complete.
- Serve: Once brewing is complete, remove the lid and brew chamber. Pour the cold brew concentrate into a glass with ice. Dilute with water or milk to your preference.
