4. Setup Guide

4.1. Charging the Speaker

1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
4. A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.

4.2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the LED indicator lights up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the LED indicator turns off.

4.3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Initial Pairing:
   • Ensure the speaker is powered on and in pairing mode (LED indicator will flash blue).
   • On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
   • Select "Xech ARC" from the list. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.
2. TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing:
   • Ensure both Xech ARC speakers are powered on and not connected to any other device.
   • On one speaker, double-press the Power button (⏻). It will enter TWS pairing mode.
   • The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, one speaker will act as the master (LED solid blue) and the other as the slave (LED solid blue).
   • Now, connect your device to the master speaker as per the initial pairing steps.
3. One-Click Disconnect: Press the dedicated disconnect button (⤓) to instantly unpair the speaker from the currently connected device. This allows for quick connection to a new device.

The integrated phone stand is located on the top surface of the speaker. Simply place your smartphone into the slot for hands-free viewing. To access the pen holder, lift the small flap located near the phone stand. Insert up to two pens into the designated slots. Close the flap when not in use to maintain the speaker's sleek appearance and keep your pens securely stored.

5.4. Making/Receiving Calls

• When a call comes in, press the Play/Pause button (▶‖) once to answer.
• To end a call, press the Play/Pause button (▶‖) once again.
• To reject an incoming call, press and hold the Play/Pause button (▶‖) for 2 seconds.
• The built-in microphone ensures clear communication during calls.

6. Maintenance and Care

• Keep the speaker away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures. The speaker is not waterproof.
• Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the speaker to strong impacts.
• Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
