1. Introduction

2. Safety Information
Always prioritize your child's safety. Read and understand all instructions before using the stroller. Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury.
- Never leave your child unattended in the stroller.
- Always use the harness system to secure your child. Ensure it is properly adjusted and fastened.
- Engage the brakes whenever the stroller is stationary.
- Do not overload the storage basket or hang bags on the handle, as this can cause the stroller to tip over. The maximum weight for the storage basket is 22 lbs.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged before placing your child in the stroller.
- Keep children clear of moving parts when adjusting the stroller.
- This stroller is designed for one child only.
- Do not use accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by Cybex.

4. Setup and Assembly
4.1 Initial Setup
- Unpack all components from the box.
- Unfold the stroller frame until it locks securely into place. You will hear an audible click.
- Attach the wheels by pushing them onto the axles until they click. Ensure they are firmly attached.
- Attach the seat unit to the frame. It can be positioned either parent-facing or forward-facing. Align the connectors and push down until it clicks into place.
- Insert the leatherette bumper bar into its designated slots on the seat unit.
- Extend the sun canopy.
4.2 Travel System Readiness
The Balios S Lux frame is designed to be compatible with the Cybex Cot S Lux 2 travel bassinet or any Cybex infant car seats (sold separately) to create a versatile travel system. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your Cot S Lux 2 or infant car seat for attachment details.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Reversible Seat Unit
The seat unit can be easily reversed to face either the parent or the world. To reverse the seat, locate the release buttons on both sides of the seat unit near the frame. Press these buttons simultaneously and lift the seat off the frame. Rotate the seat to the desired direction and reattach it, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

5.2 Unique One-Pull Harness
The innovative one-pull harness system allows for quick and secure fastening of your child. Place your child in the seat, bring the shoulder straps over their shoulders, and the waist straps around their hips. Connect the buckle pieces and insert them into the central buckle until you hear a click. To tighten, pull the strap at the bottom of the buckle. To loosen, press the button on the buckle and pull the straps outwards.

5.3 Multiple Recline Positions and Adjustable Leg Rest
The seat offers multiple recline positions, including a near-flat ergonomic recline, for customized comfort. Locate the recline lever on the back of the seat unit. Squeeze the lever and adjust the seat to the desired angle. Release the lever to lock the position. The leg rest can also be adjusted by pressing the buttons on either side and moving it up or down.
5.4 Adjustable Leatherette Handlebar
The handlebar height can be adjusted to suit users of varying heights. Press the buttons on the sides of the handlebar and extend or retract it to your preferred height. Release the buttons to lock it in place.
5.5 Extendable UPF 50+ Sun Canopy
The large sun canopy provides UPF 50+ protection from the sun. Simply pull the canopy forward to extend it. It includes a mesh window for ventilation and to allow you to check on your child.
5.6 One-Hand Fold
The stroller features a convenient one-hand fold mechanism for easy storage. Ensure the seat is in the forward-facing position and the backrest is upright. Locate the folding mechanism (usually a button or lever on the handlebar or frame). Activate it and push the handlebar forward while lifting the stroller. The stroller will fold into a compact, self-standing position.

6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your stroller.
- Cleaning Fabric Parts: Wash separately. Use a gentle action wash with warm water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
- Cleaning Frame and Plastic Parts: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly.
- Wheels: Regularly check wheels for debris and ensure they spin freely. Clean axles if necessary.
- Moving Parts: Periodically check all moving parts, locks, and fasteners to ensure they are functioning correctly. Lubricate as needed with a silicone-based spray.
- Storage: Store the stroller in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
