This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Dilwe 4G LTE Portable WiFi Hotspot Router. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to maximize your user experience.

Setup Guide
- Remove the Back Cover: Gently slide or pry off the back cover of the router.

- Insert the SIM Card: Locate the standard SIM card slot. Carefully insert your activated SIM card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the SIM card is oriented correctly as indicated by the diagram near the slot.

- Insert the Battery: Place the provided 2100mAh lithium battery into the battery compartment.
Important: Before inserting the battery, check for and remove any insulation sticker on the battery connectors. Failure to do so will prevent the router from powering on.
- Replace the Back Cover: Align the back cover and gently press it back into place until it secures.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually located on the side) for a few seconds until the LED display illuminates.
Operating Instructions
Connecting to the Hotspot
- Ensure the router is powered on and has established a 4G LTE connection (indicated by the signal strength icon on the LED display).
- On your device (phone, laptop, tablet), open your Wi-Fi settings.
- Look for the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) displayed on the router's LED screen. It typically starts with "4G-MiFi-XXXX".
- Select this network and enter the password (KEY) also shown on the router's LED screen.
- Once connected, your device will have internet access through the router.
LED Display Information
The 1.44-inch LED display provides crucial information at a glance:
- Signal Strength: Bars indicating the strength of the 4G LTE signal.
- Battery Level: Icon showing the remaining battery charge.
- Wi-Fi Status: Indicates if Wi-Fi is active and if devices are connected.
- SSID: The name of your Wi-Fi network.
- KEY: The password for your Wi-Fi network.
- ICCID: SIM card identification number (may not always be displayed).

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the router. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device using the provided charging cable.
- Avoid Water: Keep the router away from water and high humidity.
Troubleshooting
- Router does not power on:
- Ensure the battery is correctly inserted and fully charged.
- Check if the insulation sticker on the battery connectors has been removed.
- Try charging the device for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on again.
- No internet connection:
- Verify that your SIM card is active and has a data plan.
- Check the signal strength icon on the LED display. If there is no signal, move to an area with better network coverage.
- Restart the router and your connected device.
- Ensure the correct APN settings are configured (if required by your mobile carrier). This may require accessing the router's web interface (refer to your carrier's instructions or the router's full manual for details).
- Cannot connect to Wi-Fi:
- Double-check the SSID and password displayed on the router's LED screen. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Ensure your device is within the Wi-Fi range of the router.
- Restart both the router and your connecting device.
