Important Notes:

  • Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow a 2-minute rest period after each minute of continuous operation to prevent overheating.
  • Ensure the motor base is on a stable, flat surface. The diamond-shaped base with 4 suction cups provides stability.
  • Always ensure the blade unit is securely tightened before placing it on the motor base.

4. Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Acezoe Personal Blender.

Cleaning

  1. Always unplug the motor base from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Separate the cup, blade unit, and lids from the motor base.
  3. The cups and lids are dishwasher safe.
  4. The blade units can be rinsed directly under running water. Use the provided cleaning brush to safely remove any food residue from around the blades. Exercise caution when handling blade units as blades are sharp.
  5. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  6. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your blender, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Blender Does Not Turn On

  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
  • Verify that the cup and blade unit are correctly assembled and locked onto the motor base. The red indicator light should be on.
  • Check if the ON/OFF button has been pressed. The blue indicator light should illuminate during operation.

Ingredients Are Not Blending Smoothly

  • Ensure there is enough liquid in the cup to allow ingredients to circulate.
  • Cut larger ingredients into smaller pieces before blending.
  • Do not overfill the cup.
  • Use the pulse function for tough ingredients or to break up air pockets.

Blender Stops During Operation

  • The blender may have overheated. Unplug the unit and let it cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before attempting to use it again.
  • Check for any obstructions around the blade. Remove the cup, clear any blockages, and reassemble.
