3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Unlocking with PIN Code

  1. Wake the padlock by pressing any button on the keypad.
  2. Enter your valid PIN code followed by the unlock button (🔓).
  3. If the PIN is correct, the padlock will emit a success tone and the shackle will release.

3.2 Unlocking with Bluetooth Key

  1. Ensure your mobile device is within Bluetooth range of the padlock.
  2. Open the igloohome app and select the desired padlock.
  3. Tap the 'Unlock' button within the app.
  4. The padlock will unlock via Bluetooth.

3.3 Auto-Lock Feature

The padlock is equipped with an auto-lock feature. Once the shackle is fastened, the padlock will automatically lock, securing your assets.

3.4 Activity Logs

Access activity logs through the igloohome mobile app or web dashboard to monitor who has accessed the padlock and when. Bluetooth unlocks are updated in real-time, while PIN code unlocks are updated when the lock syncs with the app within Bluetooth range.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Battery Management

The SP2E padlock uses a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, offering up to 9 months of battery life or 8000 unlocks on a single charge. An intuitive LED alert will prompt you when the battery level is low. Recharge using the provided Type-C cable.

4.2 Emergency Jumpstart

If the battery is completely drained, the padlock can be jumpstarted using any 5V 0.5A power source (e.g., power bank, smartphone, laptop) via a Type-C cable. Connect the cable to the padlock's charging port to temporarily power it for unlocking.
