7. Troubleshooting

No Power / Device Not Turning On:
Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and a working power outlet.
No Picture / Signal on TV:
Verify that the HDMI or AV cable is correctly connected to both the media player and the TV. Ensure your TV input is set to the correct HDMI or AV source.
External Drive Not Recognized:
Check that the USB drive or SD card is properly inserted. Ensure the external hard drive is formatted to NTFS or EXFAT. If switching between multiple USB drives, power off the player and power it back on after connecting the new drive.
Files Not Playing / Gray Screen:
Confirm that the media file format is supported (e.g., MP4, AVI, RMVB, MPEG, H.265). Some folder names starting with an underscore '_' character might not be recognized; try renaming them. If a gray screen appears after playing a file, try restarting the player.
Audio Out of Sync:
This can sometimes occur. Try pausing and resuming playback, or restarting the video. Check for any audio delay settings in the player's menu.
Fast Forward/Rewind Not Working:
Ensure you press the 'Down' arrow button first, then use the 'Left' or 'Right' arrow buttons to control fast forward/rewind.
