4. Setup and Charging

4.1 Initial Charging

1. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the jump starter's USB-C input port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a 100W Power Delivery (PD) compatible wall charger (not included) or use the included 12V adapter.
3. The display will show charging progress. A full charge typically takes about 60 minutes with a 100W PD charger.

4.2 Recharging the Device

It is recommended to recharge the jump starter after each use. If not used regularly, recharge the unit every 3-6 months to maintain battery health and readiness.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle (Normal Mode)

Use Normal Mode for vehicles with a partially discharged battery.

1. Attach Clamps: Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the vehicle battery. Connect the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal of the vehicle battery.
2. Power On: Turn on the LOKITHOR J3250 PRO. The device will automatically detect the battery and prepare for jump starting.
3. Start Vehicle: Start your vehicle.
4. Power Off & Detach: Once the vehicle starts, power off the jump starter and immediately disconnect the clamps from the vehicle battery.

5.2 Jump Starting a Vehicle (Boost Mode)

Use Boost Mode for completely dead batteries where Normal Mode does not initiate a jump start.

1. Attach Red Clamp: Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the vehicle battery.
2. Activate Boost: Long press the 'Boost' button on the jump starter for more than 5 seconds. The display will indicate Boost Mode is active.
3. Attach Black Clamp: Connect the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal of the vehicle battery.
4. Start Vehicle: Start your vehicle within 30 seconds of activating Boost Mode.
5. Power Off & Detach: Once the vehicle starts, power off the jump starter and immediately disconnect the clamps from the vehicle battery.

  • Check that the clamps are securely connected to the correct battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative).

  • If the vehicle battery is completely dead, try using Boost Mode.
• Vehicle Not Starting (Boost Mode): Ensure the Boost Mode was activated correctly (long press for 5 seconds) and the vehicle was started within 30 seconds.
• Clamps Sparking: This is normal if the clamps are connected incorrectly or if there is a poor connection. Ensure proper connection and clean terminals. The device has spark-proof protection.
• Device Overheating: The device has high-temperature protection. If it feels excessively hot, disconnect it and allow it to cool down before further use.
