2. Safety Information

General Warnings

• Always wear eye protection and gloves when working with batteries.
• Do not operate the jump starter if it is damaged or has been dropped.

• Do not expose the jump starter to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Ensure proper ventilation during use and charging.
• Do not short-circuit the clamps.

4. Getting Started and Setup

4.1 Charging the Jump Starter

Before first use, fully charge your LOKITHOR J2250 PRO. Use the provided USB-C to USB-C cable and a compatible 60W USB-C power adapter (not included) for fast charging. The unit can be fully charged in about 60 minutes.

The jump starter can also be charged using a 12V car adapter (DC Output 5A/20V, Max 60W) for convenient charging while on the go.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Normal Jump Start Procedure

1. Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery.
2. Attach the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle battery.
3. Power on the LOKITHOR J2250 PRO. The display will show the battery voltage and the green light will flash, indicating it's ready.
4. Start your vehicle.
5. Once the vehicle starts, power off the jump starter and disconnect the clamps.

5.2 Boost Mode Jump Start Procedure (For Severely Discharged Batteries)

If the vehicle battery is severely discharged (below 2V), the normal jump start procedure may not work. In this case, use the Boost Mode:

1. Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery.
2. Long press the "M" (Boost) button for more than 5 seconds. The display will show "Boost" and the green light will flash.
3. Attach the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle battery.
4. Start your vehicle within 30 seconds.
5. Once the vehicle starts, power off the jump starter and disconnect the clamps.

5.3 Using the LED Flashlight

The integrated LED flashlight has multiple modes for various situations:

• 100% Brightness: Press the flashlight button once.
• 50% Brightness: Press the flashlight button twice.
• 10% Brightness: Press the flashlight button three times.
• SOS Mode: Press the flashlight button four times.
• Strobe Mode: Press the flashlight button five times.
• Blink Mode: Press the flashlight button six times.
• To turn off, press the flashlight button seven times or long-press the button in any mode.

5.4 Power Bank Functionality

The LOKITHOR J2250 PRO can serve as a portable power bank for your electronic devices:

• USB-C Port: Provides up to 60W output for fast charging compatible devices.
• USB-A Port: Provides up to 18W output for charging various USB-powered devices.

6. Maintenance

• Recharge the jump starter after each use to ensure it's ready for the next emergency.
• Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• For long-term storage, recharge the unit every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
• Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

7. Troubleshooting

If the jump starter displays an error code or does not function as expected, refer to the following common issues:

• Unit does not power on: Ensure the unit is charged. If fully charged, contact customer support.
• Green light not flashing in Normal Start: Check clamp connections. Ensure battery voltage is above 2V. If not, use Boost Mode.
• "Boost" light not activating: Ensure clamps are correctly attached. If battery is extremely low, try charging the jump starter for a few minutes before attempting Boost Mode again.
• Vehicle does not start after jump-start: Check vehicle battery terminals for corrosion. Ensure proper clamp connection. Vehicle may have other mechanical issues.
• Error Code 201: This error typically indicates a charge problem or internal fault. Try fully discharging and recharging the unit. If the error persists, contact customer support.
