1. Introduction

The newly developed ultra-thin blades effectively entangle and remove weeds from their roots without requiring excessive force. 4. Setup

The YARD FORCE 24V Cordless Weeder Cultivator is designed for easy assembly and compact storage. Follow these steps to prepare your tool for use.

1. Attach the Debris Guard: Slide the debris guard onto the main unit from the front end. Ensure the front is securely hooked, then attach the rear side.
2. Install the Blades: Insert the blades onto the left and right attachment points of the main unit. Once inserted, secure them with the provided ring pins.
3. Connect the Handle Grip: Align the arrow and groove on the handle grip with the main unit. Push firmly until it clicks into place. Secure by tightening the locking sleeve.
4. Adjust Handle and Pole: The sub-handle's direction, angle, and height can be freely adjusted. The pole can be extended from 97cm to 120cm to match the user's height.
5. Insert the Battery: Insert the 24V Lithium-ion battery into the main unit until it clicks securely. Ensure it is firmly fixed.
6. Power On: To start the machine, simultaneously press the safety lock and the trigger.

5. Operating Instructions

Once assembled and the battery is inserted, the YARD FORCE 24V Cordless Weeder Cultivator is ready for use. Always ensure you are in a stable position before starting.

• Weeding: Gently guide the cultivator over areas with weeds. The thin blades will entangle and remove weeds from their roots. For dense or tall weeds, make multiple passes or pre-cut them.
• Tilling: For tilling, apply slight downward pressure and move the cultivator across the soil. The powerful motor will break up compacted soil into a soft, fluffy texture suitable for planting. For deeper tilling, make repeated passes over the same area.
• Adjusting Depth: The depth of tilling can be controlled by the amount of downward pressure applied and the number of passes. The tool is designed for effective tilling of the upper soil layers in gardens and soft ground.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning Blades: After each use, remove any tangled weeds or debris from the blades. The blades can be easily detached by removing the ring pins for thorough cleaning. Use the provided cleaning brush and fiber cloth with the tool cleaner and coating agent to maintain the blades.
• Battery Care: Store the battery in a cool, dry place. Recharge the battery as needed. A full charge takes approximately 80 minutes and provides up to 55 minutes of continuous operation (no-load).

7. Troubleshooting

• Weeds Tangling: If long or vine-like weeds get tangled in the blades, immediately turn off the machine, remove the battery, and carefully remove the tangled material. Pre-cutting such weeds can prevent this issue.
• Machine Stops: If the machine stops unexpectedly, check the battery charge level. Ensure the battery is securely inserted. If the issue persists, refer to the detailed instruction manual or contact customer support.
