Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the speaker using the provided charging cable. Connect the cable to the DC 15V IN port on the speaker and plug the other end into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will show charging status.

Powering On/Off

Locate the POWER switch on the control panel. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the speaker. To power off, flip the switch to the 'OFF' position.

Microphone Setup

Insert 2x AA batteries into the wireless microphone. Turn on the microphone using its power switch. The microphone will automatically connect to the speaker. Adjust microphone volume using the 'MIC.VOL+' and 'MIC.VOL-' knobs on the control panel.

Remote Control Setup

Insert batteries into the remote control. The remote can be used to control various functions of the speaker from a distance.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

Turn on the speaker. The display will show 'BLUE' indicating Bluetooth mode. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for 'Dolphin KP-380'. Select it to pair. Once paired, you can stream audio wirelessly.

USB/TF Card Playback

Insert a USB drive or TF (micro SD) card into the respective port on the control panel. The speaker will automatically switch to USB/TF mode and begin playing compatible audio files.

FM Radio

Press the 'MODE' button to cycle through input modes until 'FM' is displayed. The speaker will automatically scan and save available FM stations. Use the 'PREV' and 'NEXT' buttons to navigate between stations.

AUX Input

Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the 'LINE IN' port using a 3.5mm audio cable. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.

Karaoke Functions

Use the 'MIC.VOL+' and 'MIC.VOL-' knobs to adjust the microphone volume. The 'ECHO+' and 'ECHO-' knobs control the echo effect for vocals. 'TREBLE+' and 'TREBLE-' adjust high frequencies, while 'BASS+' and 'BASS-' adjust low frequencies for overall sound customization.

LED Light Modes

The speaker features interactive LED ring and rim lights with 7 different modes. Press the 'LIGHT' button to cycle through the modes. The lights can be sound-activated or cycle randomly, enhancing the party atmosphere.

WaveSync (TWS) Pairing

To wirelessly connect two KP-380 speakers for an immersive stereo sound experience:

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode.
  2. On one speaker, press and hold the 'WAVESYNC' button. You will hear a confirmation tone.
  3. The speakers will automatically search and pair with each other. Once connected, you will hear another confirmation tone.
  4. Connect your device to one of the paired speakers via Bluetooth. Audio will now play through both speakers in stereo.

Power Bank Feature

The speaker includes a built-in power bank feature to charge external devices. Connect your device's charging cable to the USB port on the speaker's control panel. The speaker must be powered on for this feature to function.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the ports free of dust and debris.

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the speaker frequently. Recharge the battery regularly, even if the speaker is not in use for extended periods.

Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for a long time, charge the battery to about 50% before storage.

Important: This speaker is NOT water resistant. Avoid exposure to liquids, rain, or excessive moisture to prevent damage.
