Setup Guide

Initial Setup Steps

1. Install & Create Account: Download the YI Home App from your device's app store. Create your account to get started.
2. Connect Camera: Power on your camera by plugging it into a power outlet using the provided USB cable and adapter.
3. Configure Wi-Fi: In the YI Home App, select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter your password (8-20 characters).
4. Scan QR Code: Point your camera at the QR code displayed in the app. The camera will confirm successful scanning.
5. Complete Setup: Tap 'Save', then 'Start Using'. Your camera is now ready!

Important: Only 2.4GHz networks are supported. If your router broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, temporarily disable the 5GHz band during setup. If setup fails, press the Reset button and try again. Our dedicated support team is here to assist you every step of the way.
