Maintenance
Water Resistance
This watch is water resistant to 330 feet (100 meters). This rating means the watch is suitable for showering, swimming, and snorkeling. It is not suitable for scuba diving or high-impact water sports where significant water pressure changes occur. Do not operate buttons underwater to prevent water ingress.
Battery Replacement
The watch uses 1 product-specific battery (included). When the display dims or functions become erratic, the battery may need replacement. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
Cleaning
Clean the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the watch's finish or seals.

Troubleshooting
- Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Refer to the "Battery Replacement" section.
- Time is incorrect: Re-set the time and date following the "Setting Time and Date" instructions. Ensure the 12/24 hour format is correctly selected.
- Buttons are unresponsive: This could indicate a low battery or a temporary software issue. Try pressing all buttons firmly. If the issue persists after battery replacement, contact customer support.
- Water inside the watch: If you observe condensation or water droplets inside the watch, immediately take it to a qualified watch technician. This indicates a breach in the water resistance seal.
