2. Power Supply Connection

• Battery Backup (Recommended): For uninterrupted feeding during power outages, install 3 D-cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment at the bottom of the feeder.

3. App Download and WiFi Connection

1. Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging to download the companion app. Alternatively, search for "Smart Life" or similar in your app store.
2. Register or log in to your account in the app.
3. Add the device: Follow the in-app instructions to add your pet feeder. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Note: The feeder only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. 5GHz networks are not compatible.

4. Filling the Food Tank

• Open the top lid of the feeder.
• Insert the desiccant bag into its designated compartment in the lid to maintain food freshness.
• Pour dry pet food into the tank. Ensure the food is suitable for automatic feeders (kibble size should be appropriate to prevent clogging).
• Close the lid securely to prevent pets from accessing the food and to maintain freshness.

Operating Instructions

1. Scheduling Meals via App

1. Open the PUPPY KITTY app and select your feeder device.
2. Navigate to the "Feed Plan" or "Schedule" section.
3. Set desired meal times (up to 10 per day).
4. For each meal, select the number of portions (1-12 portions, approximately 7g±2g per portion).
5. Save your schedule. The feeder will automatically dispense food at the programmed times.

2. Manual Feeding

• Via App: On the main app screen, select the desired number of portions and tap the "Feed" button for an immediate dispense.
• Via Device: Press the "Feed" button on the feeder unit for a single portion dispense.

3. Voice Recording Function

1. Locate the "Record" button on the feeder unit.
2. Press and hold the "Record" button for approximately 3 seconds until you hear a beep.
3. Record your 10-second voice message. Release the button when finished.
4. Your recorded message will play automatically when food is dispensed.
