1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your VLOXO Bike Speedometer and Light Set. This integrated system combines a bicycle computer, an 800-lumen LED front light, a 120 dB horn, and a red tail light, designed to enhance your cycling experience and safety.

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your VLOXO Bike Speedometer and Light Set:

3.1. Main Unit Installation (Speedometer & Front Light)

1. Insert the rubber belt into the card slot on the back of the bicycle odometer.
2. Attach the main unit to your bicycle's handlebar using the provided rubber straps. Ensure it is securely fastened and positioned for easy viewing.

3.2. Speedometer Sensor and Magnet Installation

1. Unscrew the magnetic head and install it on a wheel spoke.
2. Stick the rubber sticker to the receiver (sensor).
3. Install the sensor on the front fork, in front of the disc brake.
4. Ensure the distance between the sensor and the magnet on the spoke does not exceed 3mm for accurate readings. Use zip ties to secure the sensor cable along the fork and frame to the main unit.

3.3. Horn Button Installation

1. Connect the sound controller cable to the bicycle odometer's designated port.
2. Attach the sound controller (horn button) to the handlebars on the same side as your bike's odometer for easy access.

3.4. Tail Light Installation

1. Rotate the front part of the tail light counter-clockwise to open.
2. Remove the insulation paper sandwiched between the battery contacts.
3. Tighten the front part clockwise.
4. Attach the tail light to the bicycle seat tube using its integrated strap.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Speedometer Functions

The VLOXO bike computer displays real-time and accurate measurement values. Use the buttons on the main unit to cycle through the following modes:

• ODO (Odometer): Total traffic mileage.
• DST (Distance): Single lane mileage.
• MXS (Maximum Speed): Records your highest speed.
• AVS (Average Speed): Displays your average speed.
• TM (Time): Shows elapsed riding time.

4.2. Front Light Operation

The integrated front light offers 4 lighting modes. Long press the power button to turn the light on/off. Short press to cycle through modes:

• High Illumination: 500 Lumen.
• Low Illumination: 250 Lumen.
• Flicker: White light flashes.

4.3. Horn Operation

The wired horn button allows you to emit a warning sound up to 120 dB. There are 6 different adjustable sounds. Press the horn button to activate the sound. Use the other button on the horn controller to switch between sound effects.

4.4. Tail Light Operation

The red LED tail light provides additional visibility. Press the button on the tail light to turn it on and cycle through its 4 modes:

• Continued Light
• Flicker (fast)
• Flicker (slow)

5. Maintenance

5.1. Charging

The main unit (speedometer and front light) is USB rechargeable. Use the provided USB charging cable to charge the device. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides 5-8 hours of use.

5.2. Water Resistance

The VLOXO bike odometer light set is made of high-quality ABS material and is IPX7 waterproof rated. Both the bike front light and tail light are dustproof and waterproof, making them suitable for use in various weather conditions, including rain.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. Inaccurate Speed Data

If the speedometer is not displaying data or shows inaccurate speed readings, please check the distance between the speed sensor and the magnet on the wheel spoke. Ensure the gap is no more than 3mm. Adjust the sensor's position if necessary.
