Connectivity Modes
The EK68 supports three connection modes:
- USB-C Wired: For a stable and fast connection.

To switch between modes, use the toggle switches located on the back of the keyboard.

Operating Instructions
65% Compact Layout
The EK68 features a 65% compact layout with 66 keys and a multifunction knob, optimizing space while retaining essential functions.

Multifunction Knob
The knob located on the top right of the keyboard serves multiple functions:
- Rotate clockwise: Increase volume
- Rotate counter-clockwise: Decrease volume
- Press: Play/Pause media

RGB Backlighting Control
Adjust the dynamic RGB backlighting using the following key combinations:
- FN + \|: Toggle RGB backlight effects.
- FN + →: Toggle RGB colors.

Hot-Swappable Switches
The EK68 features a 3/5-pin hot-swap PCB, allowing you to easily change mechanical switches without soldering. This enables customization of your typing experience and extends the lifespan of the keyboard. It is compatible with most 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches (e.g., Cherry, Gateron, Otemu, Kailh, and other MX switches).

Gasket-Mounted Design

The keyboard also features double-shot PBT keycaps, which are durable, oil-resistant, and maintain their color over time.
Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean your keyboard, gently wipe the keycaps and case with a soft, damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, remove keycaps using the provided keycap puller and clean underneath. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
Keycap and Switch Replacement
Thanks to the hot-swappable design, keycaps and switches can be easily replaced. Use the keycap puller to remove keycaps and the switch puller (if included or purchased separately) to remove switches. Align new switches carefully before pressing them into the PCB.
Battery Information
The keyboard is equipped with a 3000mAh battery. Charge the keyboard using the provided USB-C cable. The battery indicator will show the charging status.

Troubleshooting
- Connectivity Issues: Ensure the correct mode (wired, 2.4GHz, Bluetooth) is selected via the toggle switch. For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is in pairing mode and visible to your device. For 2.4GHz, ensure the dongle is securely plugged in.
- RGB Not Working: Check key combinations (FN + \|, FN + →) to toggle effects and colors. Ensure the keyboard is charged.
- Keys Not Responding: Ensure the keyboard is properly connected and charged. If a specific key is not working, try replacing the switch in that position.
- Software Not Detecting Keyboard: Ensure the keyboard is connected via USB-C cable when using the programmable software.
