3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Identify Front and Rear Bars

The front cross bar is longer than the rear cross bar. Identify them before proceeding. The bars are also designed with a round head facing the front of the vehicle and a pointy head facing the rear for optimal aerodynamics.

3.2 Assemble Cross Bars

1. Attach the four bases to the middle bars. Insert the screws but do not tighten them completely at this stage. This allows for adjustment.
2. Ensure the sponge pads are attached to the base feet to protect your vehicle's roof rails.
3. The length of the cross bars can be adjusted by sliding the bases along the bar. Adjust the length to fit your vehicle's roof rails.
