1. Product Overview

The Timegyro Alarm Clock is a compact, battery-operated LED digital clock designed for bedrooms, desks, and travel. It features a clear 1.2-inch digital display with adjustable brightness, a snooze function, and support for both 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.

2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation

Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
Slide open the battery compartment cover.
Insert 4 new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3. Operating Instructions

The clock features several buttons on the back for easy operation. Refer to Figure 4 for button locations.

3.1 Setting the Time

Press the TIME SET button once. The hour digits will start flashing.
Use the HOUR 12/24 button to adjust the hour.
Press the TIME SET button again. The minute digits will start flashing.
Use the MIN AL ON/OFF button to adjust the minutes.
Press the TIME SET button a third time to confirm and exit time setting mode.

3.2 Setting the Alarm

Press the AL SET button once. The alarm hour digits will start flashing.
Use the HOUR 12/24 button to adjust the alarm hour.
Press the AL SET button again. The alarm minute digits will start flashing.
Use the MIN AL ON/OFF button to adjust the alarm minutes.
Press the AL SET button a third time to confirm and exit alarm setting mode.

3.3 Turning Alarm On/Off

After setting the alarm, press the MIN AL ON/OFF button to toggle the alarm on or off. An alarm icon will appear on the display when the alarm is active.

3.4 Snooze Function

When the alarm sounds, touch the large SNOOZE AL STOP button on the top of the clock to activate the snooze function. The alarm will pause for 7 minutes and then sound again. This can be repeated up to 3 times.

3.5 Adjusting Brightness

The clock offers 3 levels of brightness. Press the brightness adjustment button (light bulb icon) on the back of the clock to cycle through the brightness levels. The clock also features a Night-mode, which automatically dims the display between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM, ideal for bedroom use.

3.6 12/24 Hour Mode

To switch between 12-hour (Standard Time) and 24-hour (Military Time) display formats, press the HOUR 12/24 button on the back of the clock.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Battery Replacement

When the display becomes dim or the clock stops functioning, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the steps in Section 2.1 to replace the 4 AA batteries. Always use new batteries and dispose of old batteries responsibly.

4.2 Cleaning

To clean the clock, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the clock in water.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Display is Fuzzy or Unclear

This clock is specifically designed for weaker light and night environments. Avoid using it under strong direct light, as this may cause the display to appear fuzzy.
Ensure batteries are not low. Replace if necessary.

5.2 Clock Not Responding

Check battery installation and ensure batteries are fresh.
Press the RESET button on the back of the clock using a thin object (e.g., a paperclip) to restart the device. You will need to set the time and alarm again after a reset.
