Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview

Continuous Drainage Setup
For continuous operation without needing to empty the water tank, you can set up continuous drainage.
- Locate the continuous drainage outlet at the back of the unit.
- Connect the provided drainage hose (or a suitable hose) to this outlet. Ensure a secure connection to prevent leaks.
- Route the other end of the hose to a suitable drain, ensuring the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage. Do not allow the hose to kink or rise above the drainage outlet.
Care and Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your dehumidifier.
Cleaning the Exterior
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior casing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface.
- Ensure no water enters the control panel or electrical components.
Cleaning the Air Filter
The air filter should be cleaned approximately every two weeks, or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Unplug the dehumidifier.
- Remove the air filter from the back of the unit (refer to the diagram in the Product Overview section).
- Gently vacuum any loose dust from the filter. For a more thorough cleaning, wash the filter under running water (not hot water).
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or use a dryer.
- The activated carbon filter may require periodic replacement. Consult the manufacturer for replacement parts.
Emptying the Water Tank
When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate. Empty the tank as follows:
- Gently pull out the water tank from the front of the unit.
- Carefully carry the tank to a sink or drain and empty the collected water.
- Rinse the tank with clean water periodically to prevent mold or mildew growth.
- Reinsert the empty tank firmly into the dehumidifier until it clicks into place. The unit will resume operation.
Storage
If storing the unit for an extended period:
- Empty and clean the water tank.
- Clean the air filter and the exterior of the unit.
- Ensure the unit is completely dry before storing.
- Store the dehumidifier upright in a cool, dry place, preferably covered to protect it from dust.
