7.2 Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • If storing the device for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% and store in a cool, dry place.
  • Do not expose the battery to extreme heat or cold.

7.3 Storage

When not in use, store the monitor in a protective case or bag to prevent scratches and damage. Remove antennas if necessary for compact storage.

8. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No image or poor signal quality
  • Antennas not properly connected.
  • Incorrect channel/band selected.
  • FPV transmitter is off or out of range.
  • Interference from other 5.8Ghz devices.
  • Ensure antennas are securely attached.
  • Use the Search function or manually adjust Band+ and CH+.
  • Verify FPV transmitter is powered on and functioning.
  • Move away from sources of interference.
Monitor does not power on
  • Battery is discharged.
  • Power button not pressed correctly.
  • Charge the monitor using the provided USB cable.
  • Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds.
DVR not recording or TF card error
  • TF card not inserted or faulty.
  • TF card full or not formatted.
  • TF card speed too low (not Class 10).
  • Ensure TF card is correctly inserted and clicks into place.
  • Format the TF card (if option available in menu, otherwise via computer).
  • Use a Class 10 or higher speed TF card.
Video output to external display not working (USA specific)
  • Standard 3.5mm AV cable wiring mismatch for USA standards.

If using a standard 3.5mm Audio Video cable (three black rings) in the USA, the wiring for video signal may be different. The first ring coming out of this device is the video signal, but in the USA, the first ring often expects audio. You may need to use an adapter or a custom cable that swaps the video and audio signals (e.g., yellow and white wires) to match the external display's input configuration.
