4. Assembly Instructions

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Assemble the Base Frame: Attach the four legs (Part 8) to the bottom frame (Part 6) using the specified bolts (Part B) and the Allen wrench (Part E). Ensure the adjustable foot pads are oriented correctly to allow for leveling.

  2. Attach the Crossbar: Secure the "X" crossbar (Part 7) to the assembled legs using the appropriate bolts (Part D). This provides additional stability to the base.
  3. Prepare Top and Bottom Panels: Install the magnet (Part J) and machine screws (Part I) onto the top panel (Part 1) as indicated in the diagram.
  4. Connect Side Panels to Top Panel: Insert wooden dowels (Part A) into the left side panel (Part 3) and right side panel (Part 4). Align these with the top panel (Part 1) and secure using the cam locks. Ensure the cam locks are turned to the "locked" position.
  5. Attach Bottom Panel: Connect the bottom panel (Part 2) to the side panels (Part 3 and 4) using wooden dowels (Part A) and cam locks, similar to the top panel assembly.
  6. Mount the Cabinet Body to the Base: Carefully lift the assembled cabinet body and place it onto the base frame. Secure the cabinet body to the base using bolts (Part C).
  7. Install Back Panel: Position the back panel (Part 5) onto the rear of the cabinet. Secure it using round head screws (Part K). Ensure the safety wall strap (Part M) is attached to the back panel for later wall mounting.
  8. Attach Door Fittings: Install the door fittings (Part F) onto the left door (Part 9) and right door (Part 10) using round head screws (Part G).
  9. Mount Doors: Attach the assembled doors to the cabinet body by securing the door fittings to the pre-drilled holes.
  10. Install Knobs: Attach the knobs (Part H) to the front of the doors using machine screws (Part I).
  11. Insert Shelf Supports and Adjustable Shelf: Place the shelf supports (Part L) into the desired holes inside the cabinet. Then, place the adjustable shelf (Part 11) onto the supports.

  12. Secure to Wall (Optional but Recommended): For added stability and safety, especially in homes with children or pets, use the provided safety wall strap (Part M), plastic anchor (Part N), and mounting screw (Part O) to secure the cabinet to a wall.

5. Operating Instructions

Adjusting Shelves:

The cabinet features an adjustable shelf to accommodate items of various heights. To adjust the shelf:

  1. Empty the shelf of all contents.
  2. Carefully lift the shelf off its supports.
  3. Remove the shelf supports (Part L) from their current holes.
  4. Insert the shelf supports into the desired new holes at the preferred height.
  5. Place the shelf back onto the supports, ensuring it is level and securely seated.

Adjusting Door Hinges:

If the cabinet doors are not perfectly aligned, you can adjust the hinges (Part F) using a screwdriver. Refer to the diagram below for specific adjustment points:

  • To adjust in width: Use screw 1 to move the door left or right.
  • To adjust in height: Use screw 2 to move the door up or down.
  • To adjust in depth: Use screw 3 to move the door closer to or further from the cabinet frame.
