Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your ASAHOM Permanent Outdoor Lights:
- Prepare the Surface: Use rubbing acetone on a cloth to clean the spots on your eaves or desired installation surface. Ensure the area is dry before proceeding.
- Positioning: Install the lights approximately 2-4 inches away from the wall surface to achieve optimal wall-washing effects (wall washing depth: 16 inches).
- Attach Lights: Peel the VHB glue backing from each light. Press each light firmly against the surface for at least 8 seconds to ensure proper bonding.
- Secure with Clips: Use the provided screw clips for each segment to keep the lights securely in place. It is recommended to use 6 screw clips per segment.
- Connect Segments: Connect multiple light segments using the waterproof connectors. Twist and screw in the cap to ensure a secure, waterproof seal. Note: The light segments cannot be cut. The total length after adding extension lights should not exceed 150ft.
