4. Setup & Installation

The BESTHERM HANAE towel dryer is designed for vertical wall-mounted installation. Mounting hardware is included.

4.1. Mounting

• Choose a suitable location in your bathroom, ensuring it complies with local electrical safety zones for bathrooms.
• Mark the drilling points on the wall according to the provided template or instructions.
• Drill the holes and insert wall plugs.
• Secure the mounting brackets to the wall.
• Carefully hang the towel dryer onto the brackets, ensuring it is securely fixed.

4.2. Electrical Connection

WARNING: Electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. Ensure the power supply is disconnected before commencing any wiring.

• Connect the Blue wire (Neutral) and the Brown (or Red) wire (Phase) to the corresponding terminals of your electrical installation.
• The Black wire is for control via a central thermostat (pilot wire). Connect this wire ONLY if you are integrating the appliance with a compatible central control system.
• DO NOT connect the Black wire to ground. This appliance is double insulated (Class 2) and does not require a ground connection for its primary operation.
