4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Prepare the Base:
Attach the adjustable foot pads (L) to the bottom of the two 'C' tubes. Ensure they are securely threaded. - Assemble Side Frames:
Connect one 'B' tube and one 'C' tube using two 'F' bottom frames. Secure with screws (K). Repeat this process for the other side frame. - Install Mesh Shelves:
Insert the mesh shelf panels (H and I) into the designated slots on the side frames. The spring mesh brackets (often referred to as 'bullet shrapnel' in diagrams) should click into place, securing the shelves. Start from the bottom and work your way up. Ensure the mesh is facing the correct direction for stability.

- Add Middle Tubes and Side Struts:
Insert the middle tubes (E) between the assembled side frames to provide additional support for the shelves. Attach the side tubes (G) as reinforced brackets to enhance stability.

- Attach Upper Frames:
Connect the two 'D' upper frames to the top of the vertical support tubes (B). Secure with screws (K). - Place MDF Top Board:
Carefully place the two MDF top boards (A) onto the assembled upper frame. Ensure they are aligned and sit flush. - Final Tightening:
Once all parts are in place, gently tighten all screws using the provided Allen wrench. Do not overtighten. Adjust the foot pads (L) to ensure the shoe rack is level and stable on your floor.
