1. Safety Instructions

• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 8 kg (17.6 lbs) or the maximum screen size of 32 inches. Serious injury or property damage may occur.
• This product is designed for installation on a desk. Ensure the desk surface is stable and capable of supporting the combined weight of the monitor arm and the monitor.
• Use this product only for its intended purpose.
• Keep small parts away from children.
• Check that all components are securely fastened before use.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Contact customer support for replacement parts.

3. Setup Instructions

3.1. Desk Clamp Installation

1. Attach the desk clamp base to the main pole of the monitor arm using the provided screws.
2. Position the monitor arm on the edge of your desk.
3. Tighten the desk clamp screw until the arm is securely fastened to the desk. Ensure it is stable and does not wobble.

3.2. VESA Plate Attachment to Monitor

1. Carefully place your monitor face down on a soft, clean surface.
2. Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your monitor (typically 75x75mm or 100x100mm).
3. Attach the VESA plate to the monitor using the appropriate screws from the hardware kit. Do not overtighten.

3.3. Monitor Attachment to Arm

1. Slide the VESA plate with the attached monitor onto the monitor arm's mounting head.
2. Secure the monitor to the arm by tightening any locking screws or clips as indicated in the assembly diagrams.

3.4. Cable Management

Route your monitor cables (power, video, etc.) through the integrated cable management clips or channels on the arm for a tidy setup.

4. Operating Instructions

The monitor arm allows for various adjustments to achieve an ergonomic viewing experience.

• Height Adjustment: Loosen the height adjustment collar on the main pole, move the arm to the desired height, and then re-tighten the collar.
• Tilt Adjustment: Adjust the tilt angle of your monitor by loosening the tilt screw on the VESA plate, setting the desired angle, and re-tightening.
• Swivel Adjustment: The arm can swivel horizontally at various pivot points. Gently rotate the monitor to the left or right.
• Rotation: The VESA plate allows for 360-degree rotation, enabling portrait or landscape orientation.

Tension Adjustment: If the monitor sags or is difficult to move, use the provided Allen key to adjust the tension screw on the arm joints. Turn clockwise to increase tension (for heavier monitors) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (for lighter monitors). Adjust gradually until the monitor holds its position firmly.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the monitor arm with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Periodic Check: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.

6. Troubleshooting

• Monitor Sags or Does Not Hold Position: The tension in the arm joints may be too low for your monitor's weight. Increase the tension using the appropriate Allen key (refer to "Tension Adjustment" in Section 4).
• Monitor is Difficult to Move: The tension in the arm joints may be too high. Decrease the tension using the appropriate Allen key (refer to "Tension Adjustment" in Section 4).
• Arm is Unstable: Ensure the desk clamp is securely tightened to the desk. Check that all assembly screws are properly fastened.
