1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Nutricook Air Fryer 3 Vision, Model AF357V. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

2. Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons. These include:

  • Read all instructions before operating the appliance.

4. Before First Use

  1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Clean the air fryer basket and cooking tray with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  4. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.

5. Setup

  1. Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the appliance for proper ventilation.
  2. Insert the cooking tray into the air fryer basket.
  3. Slide the assembled basket into the main unit until it clicks into place.
  4. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

6.1 Control Panel Overview

The Nutricook Air Fryer 3 Vision features an intuitive digital control panel. Key indicators include:

  • Power Button: To turn the appliance on or off.
  • Temperature/Time Controls: Adjust cooking temperature and time.
  • Preset Functions: Dedicated buttons for common cooking modes (Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Reheat, Dehydrate, etc.).
  • Favorite Buttons (1, 2, 3): Save and recall custom cooking settings.
  • Light Button: Activates the internal light to view food through the clear window.
  • Start/Cancel Buttons: To begin or stop cooking.

6.2 Basic Operation

  1. Place food into the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overfill.
  2. Slide the basket into the main unit.
  3. Press the Power button to turn on the display.
  4. Select a preset function or manually set the desired temperature and cooking time.
  5. Press the Start button to begin cooking.

6.3 Using Preset Functions

The appliance offers 11 one-touch cooking programs for convenience. Simply select the desired preset (e.g., Air Fry, Roast, Bake) and press Start. The air fryer will automatically set the optimal temperature and time for that function.

6.4 Customizing Favorite Buttons

You can save up to three of your preferred cooking settings for quick access:

  1. Set your desired temperature and time manually.
  2. Press and hold one of the Favorite buttons (1, 2, or 3) until the setting is saved.
  3. To use a saved favorite, simply press the corresponding Favorite button and then Start.

6.5 SmartTemp Technology

The air fryer is equipped with SmartTemp Technology, which automatically adjusts the temperature during the cooking cycle to help achieve consistent results.

6.6 Shake Reminder

For optimal cooking and even browning, the air fryer may prompt you with a 'Shake' reminder during the cooking cycle. When this occurs, carefully remove the basket, shake or flip the food, and reinsert the basket to resume cooking.
