5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Clipper

Before first use, fully charge the clipper. Connect the USB charging cable to the clipper and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 4 hours of run time.

5.2 Attaching/Detaching Blades

The clipper uses detachable blades. To attach a blade, align it with the clipper head and press firmly until it clicks into place. To detach, push the blade release button (if present) or gently pull the blade away from the clipper head.

5.3 Attaching Guide Combs

Guide combs help achieve desired hair lengths. The PGC-670 is compatible with Shernbao ACK-002 attachment combs and others. To attach a comb:

1. Ensure the clipper is off.
2. Align the comb with the clipper blade.
3. Slide the comb onto the blade until it securely snaps into place.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button to turn the clipper on. Press it again to turn off.

6.2 Adjusting Speed

The clipper features 5 adjustable speeds. Use the speed adjustment buttons (usually '+' and '-') to cycle through 5000, 5500, 6000, 6500, and 7000 RPM settings. Select a speed appropriate for your pet's hair type and grooming task.

6.3 Adjusting Blade Length

The integrated blade offers length adjustments of 1.3mm, 1.6mm, and 1.9mm. Use the adjustment lever on the side of the clipper to select the desired length. This adjustment works when no attachment comb is used or in conjunction with certain combs.

7. Maintenance

7.2 Oiling the Blades

Regular oiling is crucial for maintaining blade sharpness and clipper performance. After cleaning and drying the blade, apply 1-2 drops of the lubricating oil (provided) to the teeth of the blade. Run the clipper for a few seconds to distribute the oil evenly. This should be done before and after each grooming session.
