  • Pitcher and Cups: The super-durable BPA-Free pitcher and cups are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher for cleaning.
  • Easy-Twist Extractor Blade: Rinse the Easy-Twist Extractor Blade with soap and water immediately after use. Avoid submerging the blade assembly in water for extended periods.
  • Motor Base: Wipe the motor base clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  • Storage: Store the blender and its components in a clean, dry place when not in use.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Nutribullet Blender Combo, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

  • Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the unit is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Verify that the cup or pitcher is correctly assembled and securely twisted onto the motor base.
  • Leaking: Check that the Easy-Twist Extractor Blade or pitcher lid is tightly secured to the cup or pitcher. Ensure the gasket is properly seated within the blade assembly. Do not overfill the cup or pitcher beyond the MAX line.
  • Motor Overheating: If the motor stops during operation, it may be due to overheating. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool down for at least 15 minutes before attempting to use it again. Reduce the load or liquid consistency for future use.
  • Ingredients Not Blending Smoothly: Ensure there is enough liquid in the mixture to allow ingredients to circulate. Use the tamper for thicker mixtures in the pitcher. For personal cups, shake the cup gently while on the base to dislodge ingredients.
