  1. Power Off: Disconnect power to the wall box and any connected DXLink equipment.
  2. Cable Connection:
    • Connect the DXLink twisted pair cable (Cat6a/7) from the DXLink receiver/switcher to the RJ-45 port on the rear of the faceplate. Ensure proper termination (T568B recommended).
    • If using, connect the 3.5mm analog audio cable to the corresponding input on the rear.
  3. Mounting: Carefully insert the faceplate into the wall box. Secure it using the provided mounting screws. Do not overtighten.
  4. Power On: Restore power to the DXLink system.
  5. Testing: Connect an HDMI source and an audio source (if applicable) to the faceplate and verify signal transmission to the connected display/audio system.
