3. Setup

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and the dryer is free from any visible damage.

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the JRL Forte Pro Dryer and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Inspect: Check the dryer and attachments for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Attach Nozzle/Diffuser: Select the desired nozzle (styling concentrator or smoothing nozzle) or the diffuser. Align the attachment with the air outlet and push firmly until it clicks into place.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The JRL Forte Pro Dryer features intuitive controls for speed, temperature, and a cool shot function.

1. Power On/Off: Locate the power switch on the handle. Slide it to the 'On' position to start the dryer and 'Off' to turn it off.
2. Adjust Speed: Use the speed control button to cycle through 3 different airflow speeds. The LED indicators will show the selected speed.
3. Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature control button to select from 3 heat settings (Cool, Warm, Hot). The LED indicators will show the selected temperature.
4. Cool Shot Function: Press and hold the cool shot button for an instant blast of cool air. This helps to set your hairstyle and add shine.
5. Ionic Generator: The built-in ionic generator releases negative ions to help reduce frizz, static, and promote faster drying times while locking in moisture.
6. LED Light Indicator: The dryer features an LED light that indicates the status, including warnings for regular cleaning and auto-cleaning.

Filter Cleaning:

The dryer features an innovative washable filter designed to enhance motor protection and extend the dryer's life by preventing dirt particles from entering the motor.

1. Daily Cleaning: The filter needs to be cleaned daily to function as expected.
2. Removal: Gently twist and pull the rear filter cap to remove it.
3. Washing: Remove the filter from the cap. Wash the filter with soap and water using the provided cleaning brush. Ensure all hair and debris are removed.
4. Drying: Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting.
5. Reassembly: Place the dry filter back into the cap and reattach the cap to the dryer, twisting until secure.

Auto-Cleaning Function:

For a long and stable lifetime, this blow dryer automatically deep cleans the filter and inner components. Refer to the LED light indicator for auto-cleaning warnings.

General Care:

• Always unplug the dryer from the power outlet after each use.
• Allow the dryer to cool down completely before storing it.
• Store the dryer in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the dryer, as this can damage the cord.
