1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to notice these warnings may result in personal injury and/or property damage.

  1. Read the instruction manual before using the jack.
  2. Inspect before every use. Twist the handle clockwise to the tightest position to close the valve during operation.
  3. Do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
  4. The jack is designed for lifting purposes only. Not for moving or supporting the vehicle.
  5. Always use safety stands to support the load before making repairs.
  6. Do not exceed the maximum rated capacity of 3 tons (6600 lbs).
  7. Do not move the vehicle when the jack is raised.
  8. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during use.
  9. Caution: Lower the vehicle slowly at a controlled speed.

4. Setup

4.1 Handle Assembly

The jack's handle comes in two pieces for easier storage. To assemble:

  1. Connect the two handle pieces together.
  2. Insert the assembled handle into the socket on the jack.
  3. Tighten the nut to secure the handle.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Lifting the Vehicle

  1. Ensure the vehicle is on a flat, level, and hard surface. Apply the parking brake and chock the tires that will remain on the ground.
  2. Position the jack under the vehicle's designated lifting point. The rubber saddle provides protection.
  3. Twist the handle clockwise until it is fully tightened to close the release valve.
  4. Pump the handle up and down to raise the vehicle to the desired height.
  5. Once the vehicle is lifted, immediately place appropriate safety stands under the vehicle's designated support points. The jack is for lifting only, not for sustained support.

5.2 Lowering the Vehicle

  1. Ensure all work under the vehicle is complete and tools are removed.
  2. Slowly twist the handle counter-clockwise to open the release valve. The vehicle will lower gradually.
  3. Once the vehicle is fully lowered, remove the jack.
