1. Product Overview
The HEXIEDEN Wireless Dog Fence and Electric Training Collar system provides a reliable and safe solution for pet containment and training. This 2-in-1 system eliminates the need for physical wiring, allowing you to establish a safe activity area for your dog with ease. The system features an adjustable range, waterproof rechargeable collars, and offers both tone and static correction to guide your pet back to the designated safe zone.
The transmitter acts as the central unit, creating a circular boundary. If your dog ventures beyond this boundary, the receiver collar will first issue a warning tone, followed by a static stimulation, encouraging your dog to return to the safe area. The system supports an unlimited number of receiver collars simultaneously.

4. Setup Instructions
4.1 Transmitter Placement
Install the transmitter approximately 1.5 meters (5 feet) above the ground. Ensure there are no metal walls or large metal objects nearby that could interfere with the wireless signal and affect the remote control distance.
4.2 Pairing the Receiver Collar with the Transmitter
- First, power on the transmitter unit.
- Next, power on the receiver collar.
- On the transmitter, briefly press the power button. The transmitter will enter pairing mode, indicated by "1dp" flashing on the digital display. This pairing state lasts for 7 seconds.
- Immediately after, press the power button on the receiver collar. The receiver will also enter pairing mode.
- A successful pairing is indicated by a long red light on the receiver, followed by a "b" sound and a single flash of the blue light.

4.3 Adjusting Wireless Fence Coverage
The wireless fence coverage can be adjusted from Level 1 to 100 using the MIN/MAX buttons on the transmitter. The maximum setting provides a radius of up to 500 meters (1640 feet).
Important: Before connecting the receiver and transmitter, ensure you do not touch the two metal contact screws on the collar. It is recommended to fasten the test light tool onto the two pins before powering on the system. If the test light illuminates, avoid touching the electric screws to prevent accidental static shock.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 How the System Works
Once the system is set up and the boundary is defined, your dog can move freely within the designated safe area. If your dog crosses the set boundary:
- The receiver collar will first emit a warning tone.
- If the dog continues to move beyond the boundary, the collar will then deliver a static stimulation.
- The tone and static correction will continue until your dog returns to the safe zone.
This training function helps to remind your dog to stay within the established safe area.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Charging the Receiver Collar
The receiver collar is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery. When fully charged, it offers approximately 12 hours of standby time and 8-9 hours of normal operation. Use the provided charger to recharge the collar. Ensure the water-resistant cover for the charging port is securely closed after charging to maintain its waterproof integrity.
6.2 Cleaning
Regularly inspect and clean the receiver collar and contact points to ensure proper function and hygiene for your pet. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
7. Troubleshooting
- Intermittent Operation: A low battery in the receiver collar can cause inconsistent performance. Ensure the collar is fully charged.
- No Correction/Signal:
- Verify the transmitter is powered on and functioning.
- Check the signal strength setting on the transmitter.
- Ensure the transmitter is installed correctly, away from metal obstructions, and approximately 1.5 meters from the ground.
- Re-pair the receiver collar with the transmitter if necessary (refer to Section 4.2).
- Collar Not Responding: Ensure the receiver collar is powered on and fully charged. Check if the contact points are making proper contact with your dog's skin.
8. Safety Warnings and Important Information
- Always power off the receiver collar before disconnecting the transmitter power.
- Do not leave the collar on your dog for more than 12 hours per day to prevent skin irritation.
- Never perform setup procedures or adjustments while the collar is on your dog.
- Keep the receiver collar and all components away from children.
- Do not use the system if you suspect a low battery, as it can lead to unreliable operation.
- The static mode of the collar is designed to be safe and harmless to your pet when used correctly.
- Ensure the metal contact probes are appropriate for your dog's coat length to ensure effective contact.
