3. Setup & Installation
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the camera's built-in battery using the provided USB cable and a standard 5V USB power adapter (not included). A full charge ensures optimal performance and longevity.
3.2 App Download & Account Setup
Download the 'ANRAN' app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS). Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and log in.
3.3 Camera Connection to App
Open the ANRAN app and select 'Add Device'. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera lens.

3.4 Mounting the Camera & Solar Panel
Choose a mounting location that provides a clear view of the area you wish to monitor and ensures the solar panel receives maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. Use the provided mounting brackets, screws, and wall anchors for secure installation. Ensure the camera is within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

4. App Features & Operation
4.1 Live View & 2K Resolution
Access live video streams from your camera in 2K (3MP) resolution via the ANRAN app. This provides crisp and clear images both day and night.

4.2 Two-Way Talk
Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio communication with visitors or to deter unwanted guests directly from your smartphone.

4.3 PIR Human Detection & Smart Siren
The camera features Passive Infrared (PIR) human detection to minimize false alarms. When human motion is detected, you receive instant alerts on your phone, and the smart siren can be activated to deter intruders.

4.4 Storage Options
The camera supports both local storage via a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) and cloud storage services (free trial available, subscription may be required after trial).

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Connectivity Issues
- No Connection: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. 5GHz networks are not supported.
- Weak Signal: Move the camera closer to your Wi-Fi router or consider a Wi-Fi extender.
- Reconnection: If the camera disconnects, try restarting both the camera and your Wi-Fi router.
6.2 Battery & Charging
- Not Charging: Ensure the solar panel is placed in direct sunlight for several hours daily. Check the connection cable between the solar panel and the camera.
- Low Battery Life: Reduce the frequency of motion detection alerts or live view sessions to conserve battery. Ensure the solar panel is clean and free from obstructions.
6.3 Motion Detection
- False Alarms: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings in the app. Avoid pointing the camera at areas with frequent, non-human movement (e.g., swaying trees, busy roads).
- No Detection: Increase motion detection sensitivity. Ensure the camera's field of view covers the desired area and there are no obstructions.
