Setup

1. Remove Packaging Tabs: Locate and remove all yellow packaging tabs from the bottom of the oven unit. There is also one tab inside the oven compartment.
2. Battery Activation: The playset comes with 4 AAA batteries pre-installed. Ensure all packaging tabs are removed to activate the unit.
3. Power Switch: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the back of the oven unit. Slide it to the 'ON' position.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to 'bake' your interactive plush friend:

1. Prepare Ingredients: Empty both dough sachets into a clean mixing bowl.
2. Add Water: Use the provided measuring cup to add the specified amount of fresh drinking water to the mixing bowl.
3. Mix the Dough: Use your hands or the spatula tool to thoroughly mix the ingredients until a consistent dough ball forms.
4. Shape the Dough: Place the dough into the pet mold, ensuring it fills the mold completely, including any small features like paw prints. Use the spatula tool to create paw print impressions if desired.
5. Place in Oven: Open the oven door. Place the shaped dough into the oven compartment. Close the oven door securely.
6. Set the Timer: Rotate the dial on the oven clockwise until it clicks. The oven will begin its 'baking' cycle.
7. Wait for the 'Ding': The oven will emit a 'ding' sound after approximately 90 seconds, indicating the baking process is complete.
8. Reveal Your Plush: Open the oven door. Your dough will have transformed into a warm, scented, interactive plush friend!

Interactive Plush Features

Your new plush friend is interactive:

• Sounds: Squeeze the plush to activate nurturing sounds.
• Warmth: A 3-second squeeze will initiate 2 minutes of warmth.
• Sleep Mode: Your pet will enter sleep mode after 2 minutes of inactivity. Squeeze to reactivate.

Replay Mode

The Cookeez Makery oven can be used repeatedly. To 're-make' your plush:

1. Place the dough back into the oven compartment.
2. Close the oven door and rotate the dial clockwise until it clicks.
3. After the 'ding', open the oven to reveal your plush again.

Maintenance

• Dough Storage: To preserve the dough's life, store it in the provided storage bag when not in use.
• Cleaning: Wipe the oven unit and accessories with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the oven in water.
• Battery Life: To preserve battery life, slide the power switch to 'OFF' when the toy is not in use.

Troubleshooting

• Plush Not Warming/Making Sounds: Ensure the power switch on the back of the oven is in the 'ON' position. Check if the plush has entered sleep mode (after 2 minutes of inactivity) and squeeze to reactivate.
• Dough Consistency: If the dough is too sticky or too dry, adjust the amount of water slightly for optimal mixing.
