- Mount your storage drives into the designated bays.
- Secure them with screws.
4.7 Cable Management
Route all cables neatly to ensure optimal airflow and a clean build. Utilize the cable tie-down points behind the motherboard tray.
5. Compatibility Guidelines
The JONSBO D31 MESH is designed to accommodate a range of components. Please observe the following compatibility guidelines:
- Motherboard: Micro ATX (MATX) / Mini-ITX (ITX)
- GPU Length: 330mm - 400mm (varies with PSU position)
- PSU Type: ATX / SFX (100mm - 220mm length)
- CPU Air Cooler Height: Up to 168mm
- AIO Radiator Support:
- Top: 240mm, 280mm, 360mm
- Bottom: 240mm, 360mm
- Storage: 1x 3.5" HDD, 2x 2.5" SSD
6. Airflow and Cooling
The D31 MESH case features a high-density mesh design on the front and top panels to facilitate excellent airflow. Proper fan configuration is crucial for maintaining optimal component temperatures.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during or after assembly, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure all power cables (24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU, GPU power) are securely connected. Verify the PSU switch is in the 'ON' position. Check front panel power button connections to the motherboard.
- Overheating: Confirm all fans are spinning and oriented correctly for optimal airflow (intake/exhaust). Ensure CPU cooler and GPU fans are functioning. Check for proper thermal paste application on the CPU.
- Fan Noise: Inspect fans for obstructions or loose mounting. Ensure fan speeds are appropriately controlled via BIOS or software.
- Component Fitment Issues: Double-check component dimensions against the case specifications, especially for large GPUs, CPU coolers, and PSU length. Adjust PSU position if necessary.
- Front Panel I/O Not Working: Verify that all front panel connectors (USB, audio, power/reset switches, LEDs) are correctly plugged into the motherboard headers.
9. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps prolong the life of your PC components and ensures optimal performance.
- Dust Cleaning: Periodically clean dust filters (if applicable) and internal components using compressed air. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Cable Management: Ensure cables remain neatly routed to prevent interference with airflow.
- Panel Security: Periodically check that all panels and screws are securely fastened.
