Setup

Your ATMPC Kids Tablet comes with a pre-installed shockproof case. If the case needs to be removed or re-installed, gently stretch the silicone material around the tablet's edges. Ensure the tablet is securely seated within the case for optimal protection.

To power on the tablet, press and hold the power button located on the top edge of the device until the ATMPC logo appears on the screen. For initial setup, follow the on-screen prompts to connect to a Wi-Fi network and configure basic settings.

Operating Instructions

Parental Control Mode (IWAWA App)

The ATMPC Kids Tablet comes with the IWAWA kids app pre-installed, providing a safe and engaging environment for your child. This app allows parents to manage screen time, select appropriate content, and ensure safe browsing. Features include educational content, art activities, games, kids' TV, and photo-taking.

App Downloads and Google GMS Certification

Your ATMPC tablet is GMS certified, enabling access to a wide range of applications from the IWAWA Kids Store or the Google Play Store. This allows your children to enjoy various learning and entertainment apps such as ABC Mouse, YouTube, Disney+, and Netflix.

Connecting Peripherals (OTG Cable)

The included OTG cable allows you to connect external USB devices, such as a mouse or USB drive, to the tablet for expanded functionality. Simply plug the OTG cable into the tablet's USB Type-C port and then connect your peripheral device to the OTG cable's USB-A end.

Maintenance

Battery Care

The tablet is equipped with a durable 3500mAh battery. For optimal battery life, it is recommended to fully charge the device before first use. While the tablet offers extended standby time (over 24 hours) and audio playback (10 hours), video playback and gaming consume power more quickly (approximately 3 hours). Use the provided charging cable and head for charging.

Protective Case Care

The soft silicone shockproof case protects the tablet from scratches, dirt, collisions, drops, and dust. To clean the case, wipe it with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the material.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ATMPC Kids Tablet, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Device Unresponsive: If the tablet is frozen or unresponsive, press and hold the power button for approximately 10-15 seconds to perform a forced restart.
• Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi router is functioning correctly. On the tablet, go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi, turn Wi-Fi off and then on again. If the issue persists, try forgetting the network and reconnecting, or restart your Wi-Fi router.
• Battery Draining Quickly: Reduce screen brightness, close unused applications running in the background, and limit continuous video playback or gaming sessions. Ensure the tablet is fully charged using the provided charger.
• Apps Not Downloading/Installing: Check your internet connection. Ensure there is sufficient storage space on the tablet (Settings > Storage). For Google Play Store issues, clear the cache and data for Google Play Store and Google Play Services (Settings > Apps > See all apps).
