1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and First Use

Unpacking and Placement

1. Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of clear space on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation.
3. Do not place the oven near flammable materials, curtains, or under wall cabinets.

Initial Cleaning and Burn-in

1. Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Clean the baking tray, grill rack, and tongs with warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Before first use, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Set the temperature to maximum (230°C) and the timer to 15 minutes. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
3. Allow the oven to cool completely after the burn-in cycle.

4. Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

1. Place the food on the baking tray or grill rack. Use the handle with tongs to insert the tray/rack into the desired position inside the oven.
2. Close the oven door securely.
3. Plug the oven into a suitable electrical outlet.
4. Set the desired cooking temperature using the Temperature Control Knob. The temperature can be adjusted up to 230°C.
5. Set the desired cooking time using the Timer Knob. The timer can be set for up to 60 minutes. Turning the timer knob will activate the oven, and the power indicator light will illuminate.
6. When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically turn off and an acoustic alarm will sound.
7. Carefully open the oven door and use the handle with tongs to remove the hot food. Always use oven mitts.

Temperature and Timer Settings

The oven features a temperature range from approximately 90°C to 230°C. The timer allows for precise cooking durations up to 60 minutes. For best results, preheat the oven for 5-10 minutes at the desired temperature before placing food inside.

5. Care and Maintenance

Cleaning

1. Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
3. Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn food residue, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for small appliances can be used, following the product instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
