3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking and Transport Bolt Removal
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Before operating the washing machine, it is crucial to remove the transport bolts located at the rear of the appliance. These bolts secure the drum during transit and must be removed to prevent damage during operation.
- Locate the transport bolts on the back panel.
- Use a wrench to loosen and remove all bolts.
- Insert the plastic caps provided into the holes.
- Keep the transport bolts for future transportation of the appliance.
3.2 Positioning and Leveling
Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface. Proper leveling is essential to minimize vibration and noise during operation.

- Use a spirit level to check if the machine is level.
- Adjust the adjustable feet at the bottom of the machine until it is perfectly level and stable.
3.3 Water Connection
Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap with a 3/4-inch thread. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Position the drain hose correctly into a standpipe or sink, ensuring it is not kinked or obstructed.
3.4 Electrical Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage and frequency match the specifications listed on the appliance's rating plate.
3.5 Initial Use (Drum Clean)
Before washing clothes for the first time, it is recommended to run a DrumClean cycle without laundry to remove any manufacturing residues.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Loading Laundry

Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer. Add the appropriate amount of detergent to the main wash compartment and any fabric softener or pre-wash detergent to their respective compartments. Close the drawer gently.
4.3 Selecting a Program
Turn the program dial to select one of the 16 available wash programs. The selected program will be displayed on the touch screen. The machine offers programs such as Cotton, Mix, Anti-allergy, Wool, Baby Care, Sports, Bedding, Quick Wash, ECO 40-60, 20°C, Night Wash, Underwear, Down Jacket, Rinse & Spin, Spin Only, and Drum Clean.

4.4 Adjusting Settings and Special Functions
After selecting a program, you can customize settings using the touch screen buttons. Available adjustments may include temperature, spin speed, and additional functions.
- SteamMax: Activates a steam function before the main wash for enhanced hygiene and sterilization.
- DelayStart: Allows you to program the machine to start a cycle between 0 and 24 hours in advance.
- OnSmart Function: Press one key to initiate a smart wash mode without further operations.
- Spa Care: Sterilizes 99.9% by steam before each wash, particularly effective in cold water washes.
- Fuzzy Logic: Automatically detects the washing load and optimizes water level and wash time for improved performance.

4.5 Starting and Ending a Wash Cycle
Press the Start/Pause button to begin the selected wash cycle. The machine will automatically proceed through the wash, rinse, and spin phases. Once the cycle is complete, the machine will signal, and the door will unlock. Remove laundry promptly.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your washing machine.
5.1 Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser
Periodically remove and clean the detergent dispenser drawer to prevent residue buildup. Rinse it under running water and dry before reinserting.
5.2 Drum Cleaning (DrumClean Function)
Utilize the dedicated "Drum Clean" program regularly to maintain drum hygiene and prevent odors. This function helps remove detergent residues and bacteria from the drum interior.

5.3 Cleaning the Drain Filter
The drain filter should be cleaned periodically to remove lint and small objects. Refer to the appliance diagram for the exact location of the filter, usually at the bottom front of the machine.
- Place a shallow container under the filter cover to catch any residual water.
- Carefully open the filter cover and unscrew the filter.
- Clean the filter under running water and remove any debris.
- Screw the filter back in securely and close the cover.
5.4 Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior surfaces of the washing machine with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
