3. Setup and First Use
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials from the box.
- Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
- Check that all components are present and undamaged.
3.2 Initial Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Remove the frying basket and grid. Wash them with hot water, a mild dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts completely before reassembling.
3.3 First Use (Burn-in)
Before cooking food, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty to eliminate any manufacturing odors.
- Place the cleaned basket and grid back into the appliance.
- Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Set the temperature to 200°C and the timer to 10 minutes.
- Allow the appliance to run. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal for the first use.
- Once the cycle is complete, unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Preparing for Cooking
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Pull out the frying basket from the appliance.
- Place your ingredients into the basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure proper air circulation.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.

4.2 Using the Digital Touch Control Panel
The control panel allows you to set the cooking time, temperature, and select pre-set programs.

- Power On: Plug in the appliance. The power indicator will light up.
- Manual Settings:
- Press the temperature icon to adjust the temperature (80°C - 200°C) using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Press the timer icon to adjust the cooking time (0 - 60 minutes) using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Pre-set Modes: Press the menu icon to cycle through the 9 pre-set cooking programs. Each program has a default time and temperature.
- Start/Pause: Press the start/pause button to begin or temporarily stop the cooking process.

4.3 Cooking Process
- Once the time and temperature are set, press the start button. The air fryer will begin heating.
- During cooking, you may pull out the basket to shake or turn the food for even cooking. The appliance will pause automatically and resume when the basket is reinserted.
- When the timer reaches zero, the appliance will beep and automatically shut off.
- Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a plate. Be aware of hot steam.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
5.1 Before Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
- Allow the air fryer to cool down completely before handling any parts.
5.2 Cleaning the Basket and Grid
- Remove the frying basket and grid.
- Wash them in hot water with a mild dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes.
- The basket and grid are generally dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the non-stick coating.
- Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling or storing.
5.3 Cleaning the Interior
- Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- If necessary, use a soft brush to remove any food residue from the heating element. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
