2. Safety Instructions

- Keep the appliance out of reach of children.

3. Product Overview and Components

Main Components:
- Control Panel: Buttons for power, single espresso, double espresso, cappuccino, and hot water.
- Pressure Gauge: (If applicable to your model) Displays brewing pressure.
- Portafilter: Holds ground coffee. Includes single and double shot filters.
- Steam Wand/Milk Frother: For frothing milk for lattes and cappuccinos.
- Removable Water Tank: Located at the back, capacity 1.3 liters.
- Removable Milk Tank: Connects to the side, capacity 700 ml.
- Drip Tray: Collects excess liquid, removable for cleaning.

4. Setup
Follow these steps for the initial setup of your coffee machine.
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Clean: Before first use, clean the water tank, milk tank, portafilter, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Position: Place the machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Fill Water Tank: Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX level. Replace the tank securely.
- Fill Milk Tank (for milk-based drinks): If preparing milk-based drinks, fill the Full-Milk reservoir with fresh milk. Connect it to the designated port on the side of the machine.
- First Use Cycle (Priming):
- Plug the appliance into a grounded power outlet.
- Place a large container under the coffee outlet and the steam wand.
- Press the power button to turn on the machine.
- Press the single espresso button to run water through the system. Repeat this process 2-3 times until water flows smoothly.
- If using the milk frother, activate the steam function to purge any air from the system.
- Pre-heat Cups: Place cups on the cup warming tray on top of the machine to pre-heat them.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Making Espresso
- Ensure the water tank is filled.
- Insert the desired filter (single or double) into the portafilter.
- Add ground coffee to the filter. For best results, use freshly ground espresso coffee. Do not overfill.
- Tamp the coffee evenly with a tamper (not included, if applicable).
- Attach the portafilter to the brewing head by aligning it and twisting it to the right until it locks into place.
- Place one or two pre-heated cups under the portafilter spouts.
- Press the single or double espresso button. The machine will automatically brew the coffee and stop.
- Once brewing is complete, carefully remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee grounds.

5.2 Making Cappuccino / Latte (Instant Cappuccino System)
- Prepare your espresso as described in section 5.1.
- Ensure the Full-Milk reservoir is filled with fresh milk and securely connected.
- Place your cup under the coffee and milk spouts.
- Press the Cappuccino button. The machine will automatically brew the espresso and then froth and dispense milk into your cup.
- After use, clean the milk system as described in the Maintenance section.

5.3 Dispensing Hot Water for Infusions
- Ensure the water tank is filled.
- Place a cup under the hot water spout (usually the steam wand).
- Press the hot water button. The machine will dispense hot water. Press the button again to stop.

6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your coffee machine.
6.1 Daily Cleaning
- Drip Tray: Empty and clean the drip tray daily. Remove it, discard collected liquid, and wash with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry.
- Portafilter and Filters: After each use, remove the portafilter, discard coffee grounds, and rinse the portafilter and filters under running water.
- Milk System: After preparing milk-based drinks, always run a short steam cycle to clear any milk residue from the steam wand/milk frother. Detach the milk tank and rinse it thoroughly. For a deeper clean, disassemble the milk frother components and wash them with warm soapy water.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6.2 Descaling
Descaling is essential to remove mineral deposits that can build up over time and affect machine performance. The frequency depends on water hardness and usage.
- Prepare a descaling solution according to the descaler manufacturer's instructions.
- Fill the water tank with the descaling solution.
- Place a large container under the coffee outlet and steam wand.
- Run several cycles of hot water and espresso brewing (without coffee) until the water tank is empty.
- Rinse the water tank thoroughly and fill it with fresh water.
- Run several cycles of fresh water through the machine to rinse out any remaining descaling solution.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your coffee machine, refer to the following table for common problems and solutions.
