1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the kettle and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or disposal.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the maximum level. Boil the water (select 100°C), then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
  3. Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the countertop.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Filling the Kettle

  1. Remove the kettle from its power base.
  2. Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks inside the kettle.
  3. Close the lid securely.
  4. Place the kettle back onto its power base. The 360° rotating base allows for easy placement from any angle.

4.2 Powering On and Temperature Selection

  1. Once the kettle is on the base, the digital touch display will activate.
  2. Press the power button () on the touch display to turn on the kettle.
  3. Use the temperature selection buttons () to cycle through the available temperature settings. The LED light will change color according to the selected temperature.
  4. The kettle offers 7 temperature levels:
    • 40°C: Ideal for milk.
    • 50°C - 60°C: Suitable for white teas and herbal infusions.
    • 70°C: Recommended for green tea.
    • 80°C: For oolong tea or mate.
    • 90°C: Perfect for coffee.
    • 100°C: For boiling water (e.g., black tea, instant noodles).
  5. The kettle will automatically start heating to the selected temperature. The digital display will show the real-time water temperature.

4.3 Keep Warm Function

The kettle includes a "Keep Warm" function that maintains the selected water temperature for up to 2 hours after heating. This function activates automatically after the target temperature is reached. To deactivate, simply remove the kettle from the base or press the power button.

4.4 Pouring Water

  1. Once the water has reached the desired temperature, carefully remove the kettle from its base.
  2. Pour the hot water slowly and steadily into your cup or container.
  3. Return the kettle to its base when finished. The automatic shut-off feature will engage if the kettle is left off the base for an extended period or if it boils dry.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your kettle.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
  3. Interior Cleaning (Descaling): Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas.
    • Fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a commercial descaling solution.
    • Boil the mixture (100°C) and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
    • Discard the mixture and rinse the interior thoroughly with fresh water several times.
    • Boil clean water once or twice and discard to remove any residual vinegar taste.
  4. Storage: When not in use, store the kettle in a dry place. You can wrap the power cord around the base for neat storage.

6. Troubleshooting
