1. Introduction

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly of the Yaheetech Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair is designed to be straightforward. All necessary hardware and tools are included in the package. For a visual guide, please refer to the assembly video below.

Step-by-Step Assembly Guide:

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters (H) firmly into the holes at the ends of the chair base (F) until you hear a 'click', ensuring they are securely installed.
2. Install Gas Lift: Remove the black plastic cap from the gas lift (G). Insert the gas lift into the center hole of the chair base (F).
3. Attach Armrests to Backrest: Secure the armrests (C and D) to the backrest (A) using the provided screws (2) and Allen wrench. Ensure they are tightly fastened.
4. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Secure the seat mechanism (E) to the underside of the seat cushion (B) using the provided screws (4) and washers (4). Ensure the 'FRONT' label on the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
5. Connect Seat and Backrest: Align the assembled seat (B with E) with the assembled backrest (A with C and D). Secure them together using the remaining screws (3) and washers (4).
6. Mount Seat Assembly onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift (G) that is already inserted into the base. Press down firmly to ensure a secure connection.
7. Attach Headrest: Secure the headrest (D) to the top of the backrest (A) using the provided screws (2) and Allen wrench. Attach the plastic covers (5) over the screw holes.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Yaheetech office chair is equipped with several adjustable features to customize your comfort and support.

5.1. Adjustable Headrest

The headrest can be adjusted vertically to provide optimal neck and head support. Simply grasp the headrest and slide it up or down to your desired height.

5.2. Adjustable Lumbar Support

The lumbar support can be moved up or down to align with the natural curve of your spine, promoting good posture. Use the lever on the back of the chair to adjust its position.

5.3. Flip-up Armrests

The padded armrests can be flipped up 90 degrees, allowing you to push the chair closer to your desk or create more space when not in use.

5.4. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the seat upwards. While seated, lift your weight off the seat to raise it, or remain seated to lower it. Release the lever to lock the height.

The chair features a rocking function for relaxation. To activate or deactivate the rocking function, push or pull the same lever used for seat height adjustment. The tension of the rocking motion can be adjusted by rotating the control knob located under the seat.
