Setup and Time Setting

1. Setting Analog Time

3. Once set, push the crown back in to start the analog timekeeping.

2. Setting Digital Time and Date

1. Press MODE (Button 3) repeatedly until the digital time display starts flashing (usually the seconds).
2. Press RESET (Button 4) to cycle through the setting items: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Month → Date → Day of Week.
3. While an item is flashing, press ST/SP (Button 2) to adjust the value. Hold ST/SP to change values faster.
4. After setting all desired values, press MODE (Button 3) to exit the setting mode and return to the normal time display.

Operating Instructions

1. Using the Chronograph (Stopwatch)

1. Press MODE (Button 3) repeatedly until "ST" or "STOP" appears on the digital display, indicating stopwatch mode.
2. Press ST/SP (Button 2) to start the stopwatch.
3. Press ST/SP (Button 2) again to pause the stopwatch.
4. To resume, press ST/SP (Button 2).
5. To reset the stopwatch to zero, ensure it is paused, then press RESET (Button 4).
6. Press MODE (Button 3) to exit stopwatch mode.

2. Setting and Using the Alarm

1. Press MODE (Button 3) until "AL" or "ALARM" appears on the digital display.
2. Press RESET (Button 4) to select the hour or minute digit for setting. The selected digit will flash.
3. Press ST/SP (Button 2) to adjust the flashing hour or minute.
4. After setting the alarm time, press MODE (Button 3) to exit alarm setting mode.
5. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in alarm mode, press ST/SP (Button 2). An alarm icon will appear/disappear to indicate its status.
6. When the alarm sounds, press any button to stop it.

3. LED Backlight
