The OUKITEL WP22 supports dual SIM cards and a TF (microSD) card for expandable storage up to 1TB. To install, locate the SIM/TF card tray on the side of the device. While the multimedia speaker is exceptionally loud for media playback, the volume for phone conversations on speakerphone may be lower. You might need to hold the phone closer to your ear for clearer audio during calls. VoIP calls (e.g., Facebook Messenger) are generally more audible.
