3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the massage gun. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included), power bank, or computer USB port. The LED display will indicate the charging status.

3.2 Attaching Massage Heads
To attach a massage head, gently push the desired head into the opening at the front of the massage gun. Ensure it is securely seated. To remove, pull the head straight out. Do not twist.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment
- Power On: Press and hold the power button on the LCD touch screen for a few seconds until the display illuminates.
- Adjust Speed: Tap the power button to cycle through the 10 available speed levels. The current speed level will be displayed on the screen.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button again for a few seconds until the display turns off.

4.2 Recommended Usage
Apply the massage gun to the desired muscle area. Move the device slowly, applying light to moderate pressure. Do not press too hard or stay in one spot for too long. Recommended usage times for different muscle groups:
- Shoulder Muscles: 15-20 seconds, 3 repetitions
- Chest Muscles: 30 seconds
- Back Muscles: 30-60 seconds, 3 repetitions
- Leg Muscles: 20-30 seconds, 3 repetitions
- Glute Muscles: 30-60 seconds, 4 repetitions
The 10 speed levels are categorized for different purposes:
- Levels 1-3 (1800-2000 rpm): Muscle arousal / light massage.
- Levels 4-6 (2000-2600 rpm): Fascia relaxation / moderate massage.
- Levels 7-10 (2600-3200 rpm): Lactic acid decomposition / deep tissue massage.
5. Maintenance
