4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

To clean the instrument, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water and a mild detergent, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes, as these can damage the finish.

4.2 Storage

Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the power adapter.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 No Power

  • Ensure the PA130 power adapter is securely connected to both the keyboard and a working electrical outlet.
  • Verify that the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.

5.2 No Sound

  • Check the master volume control on the keyboard and ensure it is turned up.
  • If headphones are connected, disconnect them to check the built-in speakers.
  • Ensure no external speakers or amplifiers are muted or turned down if connected.

5.3 Keys Not Responding

  • Restart the keyboard by turning it off and on again.
  • Ensure no foreign objects are lodged between the keys.

If problems persist, consult the Yamaha support website or contact customer service.
